    TRAIL REPORT
    Jan 27, 2012 at 05:58 AM
    Conditions:
Chute Pond trails opened Thursday 1/26 in very early season condition. There's just not that much snow to work with. The Nicolet State Trail (corridor 7 railroad grade) from Chute Pond to Townsend is in overall fair condition. Wooded trails south of Townsend will be in poor to fair condition. Hopefully we will get the 2-3" of snow predicted for tonight. That will help a lot.

    TRAIL REPORT
    Jan 17, 2012 at 05:40 PM
    Conditions:
Chute Pond trails are still not open due to lack of snow. Friday 01/13/12 we trailered up to Townsend and rode the back trails north to the Forest County line. We took the Nicolet State Trail (Corridor 7 railroad grade) north to Wabeno. Trails were thin but smooth, white, and in mostly good condition.
