Pickled Eggs

    INGREDIENTS:
  • 3 dozen hard boiled eggs, peeled
  • 1 quart distilled white vinegar
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tablespoon mustard seed
  • 1 tablespoon dill seed
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 16 oz. jar jalapeno, and juice

DIRECTIONS:
Hard boil you eggs and peel them. Place peeled eggs into 1 gallon jar or container of your choice. Pour the all the ingredients into a large saucepan except for the eggs and jalapenos. Bring mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes. Pour hot mixture over eggs. Add water to fill jar if needed. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 week before serving. If you so choose to add a little more kick to your pickled eggs add 4-6 splashes of hot sauce to your marinade.

Note: For a stronger flavor, poke holes in eggs with a toothpick.
