St Croix Avid Series Spinning Rods

Recently I purchased the new St. Croix Avid spinning Rods. I was looking to replace a rod that I had a misfortune with and broke the tip of the rod. The St. Croix Avid Model is AVS60LF which is a 6'-0" Light Power Fast action rod. My first reaction after picking up the St. Croix Avid was its incredible light weight which is appropriate as the intended purposes of this rods use is for light tackle fishing. St. Croix Avid Spinning Rod After using the fishing rod it
was clear to me the quality of the rod as the sensitivity is unmatched from any other rod, and yet durability was incredible. When fishing with inline spinners I was able to feel the vibration of the lure down to the handle of the rod. Just as surprised I was with the sensitivity; the strength of the rod was uncompromised. While fishing with light tackle I was able to haul in a three pound Smallmouth Bass without difficulty. The main attraction for me after using this rod was the versatility it provides. This model could be used for pan fishing, trout fishing, walleye fishing, etc. The St. Croix rods are well worth the investment and I would recommend this rod to any avid fishing enthusiast.
