Venison Burgers
- 3/4 by weight miniumum ground venision
- 1/4 by weight maximum ground beef (as much white fat as possible, cheap cut)
- Montreal Steak Seasoning
DIRECTIONS:
Mix thoroughly. If grinding the venison (best result), grind 1st time as course as possible, mix in ground beef and re-grind course. Make patties, season both sides liberally with Montreal Steak seasoning and grill slowly over low heat on grill turning only once. Add you choice of cheese if you like, blue cheese is recomended.
